A friend of mine is Buddha and I have to say she's probably the relaxed and calm person I've ever met.
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, nor to worry about the future, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly." XP That's probably one I should learn to take up.
P.S. I was looking through all my old sound Libaries and I found a funk/jazz CD XP It's just going to require me to use sound recorder and fragment pieces XP

I'm also a Buddhist, and those are like philosophy to me instead of religion. :) Some of them are paradox too, but really splendid to read and reflect.
